Zenith Habit Tracker ("Zenith", "the App", "we", "us") values your privacy above all else. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled when you use the Zenith mobile application on Android.

Zenith is built around a strict offline-first, zero-tracking philosophy. Your routines, habit records, streaks, and personal progress notes never leave your mobile device.

2. Data Collection and Processing

We do NOT collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal data on external servers.

• Habits & Check-ins: Stored strictly in local sandboxed storage on your device (AsyncStorage/SQLite).
• No Remote Databases: We do not operate cloud databases that synchronize your personal records.
• No Analytics or Ad Trackers: The app does not embed advertising trackers, analytics trackers, or unique hardware fingerprinters.

3. Device Permissions

• Vibration / Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE): Used exclusively to give physical confirmation when checking off a completed habit.
• Notifications (Optional): Used locally on your device solely to trigger daily reminder prompts that you configure.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because all data resides exclusively on your device, you have complete control:

• Export: You can export a full JSON backup of your records at any time via Settings > Export Backup.
• Permanent Deletion: You can wipe all stored data at any time via Settings > Delete All User Data, or simply by uninstalling the application.

5. Children's Privacy

Zenith does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, Zenith is safe for all audiences.
